Bizkaia Coast Road

Ancestral pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela

4 STAGES (90.9Km)

The Way of St. James Coastal route is one of the most important Northern Routes, which has recently received UNESCO’s World Heritage designation.

The Way of St. James as it passes through Bizkaia shows the diversity of its culture, history and landscapes: The Cantabrian coast, the green mountains and forests, the industrial landscape and rural towns that preserve their medieval past, and the cosmopolitan capital city of Bilbao.

This stretch of the St. James Way Coastal Route is not overcrowded, allowing you to enjoy the landscapes and Basque cuisine.
